A substantial portion of Mr. Magee's practice involves the representation of local governments, as well as other public and quasi-public entities. Presently, Mr. Magee represents the Township of Long Beach as Township Attorney, the Borough of Ship Bottom as Alternate Counsel, and the Shore Conference of High Schools as Legal Counsel, and previously served as a member of teh Wall Township Board of Education.  He previously represented the Borough of West Long Branch as Special Counsel. His legal experience and services on behalf of such entities span litigation, procurement, local public contracts, land and buildings, and budget law, public records, labor, shared services agreements, insurance coverage, revaluations, wireless communications, land use, zoning, and general governmental and regulatory matters. In addition, due to that experience should you have a claim against a public entity and/or have a basis to challenge its actions, Mr. Magee has the knowledge and experience to prosecute your claims.
